FEATURES, FUNCTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
The WP-24 hands-free system enables you to use the Albrecht CB radios AE 6490 CT or AE 6491 CT without having to take your hands off the steering wheel. The remote control can be easily mounted on the steering wheel and has a range of up to 7 meters.
Just attach the supplied microphone near the driver (e.g. sun visor) and connect the receiver to the microphone socket on the radio, and you're ready to go.The channels can still be selected and the ASQ switched on / off via the remote control.
The microphone sensitivity can be continuously adjusted according to the distance.
From 2020, the legislator provides that car and truck drivers who want to radio at the wheel must use a hands-free system for safety reasons. With an AE 6490/91 and the WP 24, Albrecht already offers a future-proof solution.
