Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Defective or incorrect items: Must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition unless defective.
- Return requests must be pre-approved, a RMA number will be assigned. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- A restocking fee of 25% may apply to non-defective returns.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless due to our error.
- Certain items (e.g., custom orders, clearance products) are non-returnable.
