FEATURES, FUNCTIONS AND SPECIFICATIONS:
◾ The Trunk Lip bracket slides over trunk edge (normally between the trunk deck and the rear window). Two set screws are tightened from the underside to hold the bracket in place. No holes are required on the vehicle.
◾ The rearward side of the bracket has support feet with rubber bumpers to protect the vehicle finish. The mount comes complete with a K-4 antenna stud and the allen wrench to tighten the set screws. Recommended for antennas up to 92 mm (3 feet).
◾ Physically, the mount is 50 mm (2 inchwide and 63 mm (2.5 inch deep. It stands 25 mm (1 inch) above the vehicle surface without the stud mount, which will add of 53 mm (2.1 inch) when in place. The gap between the movable and unmovable areas (trunk deck and vehicle body) needs to be about 3 mm (0.100 inch) to accomodate the mount.
◾ Furthermore, the underside requires about 13 mm (0.5 inch) to accomodate the bottom of the bracket with set screws.
◾ We also offer a Trunk Lip Mount Mini-Kit that includes the mount and our 18 feet, Fire-Ring terminated coaxial cable.
◾ For Antennas up to 3 feet in length.
◾ All Mounting Hardware Included.
◾ One Year warranty against manufacturers defects.
