1. PRICING FOR DEALERS
For dealers/shops we offer dealer purchase pricing or discounts.
To view dealer purchase prices please enter your company details in 'my account'. 
Your account will be checked and activated within 24 hours.
If this is too long please contact us by phone or e-mail.

2. SALES CONDITION EX-WORKS
Prices are based on the sales condition "ex-works'. 
This means we will charge you on the invoice for the shipping charges. 
You will always see this amount on the invoice before you make your transfer.

3. ORDERS
Orders can be entered through the shopping basket on this website or by sending us an e-mail.
After receipt of an order the goods will be picked and packed and are ready for shipment.
The costs for shipping will be calculated and the invoice will be made.
The invoice will be send to the customer for making payment by bankers transfer.

4. INVOICE - PAYMENT BY BANKERS TRANSFER
The moment we send the invoice the order is picked, packed and parcel(s) are ready to ship.
Goods will be shipped immediate after receipt of your payment.
Due to low profit margin we only accept payment by bankers transfer.

5. SHIPPING
After receipt of your payment goods will be shipped immediate.
For the Netherlands and Belgium we ship mainly by UPS.
For all other countries we use UPS or Federal Express unless the pay weight makes shipping by other transporter more preferable. As soon as goods are shipped  by UPS or Fedex the customer will receive an email from the forwarder with tracking information.
 
6. BACK ORDERS
The shopping basket does not allow to enter back orders or reservations.
