The 10.695 MHz active filter is specifically designed for the chassis numbers indicated, which include the NATO 2000 and Ham International-3 series. All of these suffer considerably from image reception and loss modulation (bleedover). This board is designed to greatly reduce these problems whilst not reducing the sensitivity. The problems of insertion loss have been overcome by the addition of a buffer stage on the board.
